Comissions Terms

When commissioning a design with me you must agree to the following terms, read to the end. this is valid for a isolated piece of comission, does not aply for jobs on a more formal ambient like a contract.

Terms

Clarifying that:
1- Extra characters in the same design are of 50% the total amount of the price.
2- Simple or more complex scenarios add an extra value on top of your order that will be discussed.

  • - Commissions for commercial use (Banners of youtube, twitch, social networks, use in books, prints and etc) It has a fee of 100% of the total amount.

  • - You are free to frame, print on mugs, shirts or make a physical gift as long as it is not for commercial use.

  • - Post your drawing wherever you want, but remember to give proper credit! o3o

  • - The commission will be delivered in png format by email or zipped file where the conversation was made.

  • - If the order does not have a background, it will be sent with a geometric background and with no background if you want a white background or something, let me know!

  • - I reserve the right to refuse a request if I feel unable or uncomfortable to do so.

  • - Signature cannot be removed, except in some cases of commercial use

  • - You can't say that you made the drawing huh, :v

  • - It will not be revealed who ordered the design unless the customer wants it.

  • - The design itself cannot be altered, whether for personal or commercial use.

  • - Only two characters per order, but there may be exceptions such as an rpg group! Ask \o/ these types of scenes may be priced differently and not by individual characters.

  • - Waiting time can be 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and the queue.

  • - Payment must be made 100% before the work starts.

  • - Changes must be made in the draft period, after that just color change. On the draft a maximum of 3 changes will be made, if I can't get what you want in those 3, any futher changes with a limit of more 2 of them will be taxed, if even so we don't come to a agreement onde the piece, the order will be cancelled, and the value refunded.

  • - When placing an order you give me the right to post the design on my social networks, it does not mean that it will be posted but if there is any kind of embargo in case of commercial use let me know

  • - No refunds after the sketch is aproved! pay if you're sure you want to and you can! and think about how is the piece you want, to avoid making much changes in the drawing allong the draft.

  • - If the customer is out of contact for a long period of time the commission will be cancelled.

  • - You can ask about the progress at any time, you will also receive updates as it progresses!

  • - I do not accept orders with a very short deadline, but if there is some urgency, an additional amount may be charged to speed up the order!

  • - If you don't want your order posted, let me know.

What i do and don't do
remenber to ask if you whant something that's off the list.

I make:
- Man
- Women
- Humanoid
- Furry
- Monsters
- Objects
- Armor
- Monsters (some types)
- Nsfw drawings (Whitin some range.)
- Oc's
- fanarts
- RPG characters (DnD, mmo, etc...)
- Kinda simple Mechas
I do not do:
- Gore
- Realistic animals
- Ultra Complex Mecha (ask)
- comic pages

Before ordering make sure you know:

- Type of commission: Head, half body...
- Payment method.
- Whether you want background or not.
- Get reference! images, descriptions, helps a lot and can even speed up your order!
- How do you want the pose, character expression, if you don't have a preference say you don't have it!
- Whether it is for commercial use or not.
