Comissions Terms

When commissioning a design with me you must agree to the following terms, read to the end. this is valid for a isolated piece of comission, does not aply for jobs on a more formal ambient like a contract.

Terms

Clarifying that:
1- Extra characters in the same design are of 50% the total amount of the price.
2- Simple or more complex scenarios add an extra value on top of your order that will be discussed.

  • PAYMENTS

  • Full payment upfront

  • REVISIONS

  • Changes are acceptable during the sketching part up to three significant ones

  • Any significant change will cost an additional fee, with exception of some color changes on the base color part.

  • DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • TAT may vary from 1 month up to 4 months (depending on my Queue). But it may take more for complex work (detailed art, multiple characters, etc.), keep in mind that I work on a waitlist in order, and the approximate TAT may be discussed with the client. Any delay on the deadline will be previously communicated by me.For a shorter deadline such as a urgent request for a special date close by there will be a ugernce fee.I ask the client to provide decent references for the commissioned art, I'll do my best to help with suggestions or in case you need support on searching for the references.The comission wil be delivered in .png on the size of the respective request.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • Personal use only! If your interest is commercial use, please ask so we may discuss price changes starting from an additional +100% fee

  • By commissioning me, you agree that any discarded ideas or designs that weren’t used for your commission can be used by me in the future. E.g. any poses or sketches, scrapped designs, etc.I will always share the art I made, if you prefer I don't do that to your commission, please notify me in advance as I may have to charge an additional fee.

  • REFUNDS

  • I do not work with refunds. (With the exception of me not being able to finish the artwork in with case there will be a 100% refund.)

  • USE

  • You have my permission to repost your commission in any social media as long as it's properly credited, I won't accept any of my art to be divulged as work done by the client themselves or by anyone other than myself.

  • You may not resell my art in any shape or form, NFT, trade, rights, etc. Except for custom designs, as long as it's agreed between us both and it's not being resold by a higher value than what you paid to me.

  • You may not use my art to feed AI, trace over, or edit it without my explicit permission.If you buy an adoptable or custom design from me you may not resell it for a price higher than what you originally paid, with the exception of it having extra paid art or art you made yourself, please do not use free art you received as a means to raise the character's price, or at least discuss it with me first.You are free to frame, print on mugs, shirts or make a physical gifts of your request as long as it is not for commercial use.

  • IMPORTANT

  • - I reserve the right to refuse a request if I feel unable or uncomfortable to do so.

  • - If the customer is out of contact for a long period of time the commission will be cancelled, no refunds.

  • - You can ask about the progress at any time, you will also receive updates as it progresses!

  • **DO NOT USE MY ART IN AI PRODUCTION **

  • I prohibit the use of my work in AI tools. To commission with me, you need to agree to never use my art in any AI (artificial intelligence) service that could alter it or use it as a basis for copies. AI is not art! Please respect my work and the work of other illustrators.

  • WON'T DO

  • ❌ Explicity NSFW

  • ❌ Gore

  • ❌ Any questionable content involving minors (no exceptions)

  • MAY DO WITH DISCUSSION

  • ❔Simple backgrounds.

  • ❔Suggestive/Light NSFW

  • ❔Light Gore/Blood

  • COMMUNICATION

  • I am available to clear any doubts and give any other information you may need. Feel free to DM me through the available platforms.

remenber to ask if you whant something that's off the list.

I make:
- Man
- Women
- Humanoid
- Furry
- Monsters
- Objects
- Armor
- Monsters (some types)
- Nsfw drawings (Whitin some range, no explicit)
- Oc's
- comic pages
- fanarts
- RPG characters (DnD, mmo, etc...)
- Kinda simple Mechas
I do not do:
- Gore
- Realistic animals
- Ultra Complex Mecha (ask)

Before ordering make sure you know:

- Type of commission: Head, half body...
- Payment method.
- Whether you want background or not.
- Get reference! images, descriptions, helps a lot and can even speed up your order!
- How do you want the pose, character expression, if you don't have a preference say you don't have it!
- Whether it is for commercial use or not.
